My Watch Design

Circles within circles. A two-tier bridge design based on the ETA 7001 may be a little ambitious for my first attempt making my own watch, but what is life without a little spark of madness?

To date, I have completed machining the major plates, the winding and setting works, and the gear train turns. I now need to add the escapement and balance, as well as make a custom barrel arbor and crown wheel to compensate for the thicker barrel bridge. And then, of course, the finish, and I have some interesting ideas for that....
