My Dial Design

I don't have to make a dial. Most independent watchmakers outsource the job to specialists. But one I had the idea for the design, I had to try. I am proud of the engraving, pushing the limits of detail with the pantograph, and I know that the bevels on the indices will look amazing once all polished. Even the finish of the base dial, initially meant to be a straight sunburst, became a spiraled scaling that I wouldn't replace. Completing the watch movement holds priority, but I am looking forward to the finished dial as well.
